The texts, photographs, logos and graphic elements of this site belong to Palm Events or to their authors. Any reproduction, even partial, without written permission is prohibited.

Third-party equipment photos are credited on each product page, with their source and license.

Your personal data

When you contact us (form, email or Instagram), we use your name, email address and event details only to reply to you and prepare a proposal. This data is never sold or shared.

The contact form is processed by our provider Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which forwards your message to us by email. Transfers to the United States are covered by standard contractual clauses.

It is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange, then deleted, unless a contract requires us to keep it longer (accounting obligations).

You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@palmevents.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure its audience, only if you accept it in the banner. Without your consent, no analytics cookie is set.

The _ga and _ga_* cookies are kept for no more than 13 months; you are asked again after 13 months. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of each page.

Google Analytics data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Fonts are hosted on this site: displaying them sends no data to any third party.
